Your actual session takes about 30-45 minutes depending on what you need. We typically deliver edited images within 7 business days. Rush processing is available for an additional fee if you're on a deadline. The timeline from initial contact to walking out with digital files? Usually 2-3 weeks if you're not in a hurry.
We handle both. Individual sessions are our bread and butter, but we've shot team portraits and department headshots for companies across the region. When you're bringing in multiple people, we can usually do 5-6 individuals per hour. Group rates apply for packages of 8 or more. It's efficient without feeling rushed.
Individual headshot sessions start at a reasonable rate. We offer tiered packages depending on whether you want one outfit or multiple looks, plus various retouching levels. Corporate clients often book packages for multiple employees—those come with per-person discounts. We're transparent about costs. No hidden fees. Payment's due 50% upfront to secure your slot, balance before you leave.
Bring what you'd normally wear to work. That's the whole point—you should look like yourself, just the best version of yourself. We'll give you a short style guide before your session. Basically: solid colors work better than busy patterns, avoid anything that screams 'costume.' We'll chat about what you're going for and make sure you feel confident in front of the camera.
We've worked with plenty of camera-shy people. Honestly, most of our clients are nervous at first. We talk you through poses that feel natural. We take multiple shots. We keep it relaxed—no yelling directions or treating it like you're modeling for a magazine. By the end of the session, most people realize it wasn't nearly as painful as they expected.
We're based here in České Budějovice, but we work with clients throughout the region. If you're nearby, you come to our studio. For larger corporate groups further out, we can sometimes arrange on-location sessions. Travel fees apply depending on distance. Reach out and we'll figure out what works for your situation.
We stand behind our work. If you're genuinely unhappy with your session, we'll reshoot at no charge within 30 days. That said, we're pretty careful about getting it right the first time. Most clients are happy with multiple options to choose from. We also offer retouching services if you want adjustments after delivery—nothing too extreme, just real improvements.
